摘要:

脑机接口具有丰富的人文价值,分别用于治疗和用于增强的两类脑机接口具有不同的服务对象和使用目的,形成了价值选择上的分野。“治疗优于增强”是目前研发脑机接口所遵循的一般价值原则,但由于治疗与增强之间区分的模糊性、人类需求不断提升的必然性,以及“正常人”标准的变动性,使得在脑机接口的治疗和增强的价值选择中呈现出交织性或复杂性,需要在走向脑机接口时代的进程中加以审慎地对待和辩证地处理。

Abstract:

Brain-computer interface(BCI)has rich humanistic value. The two types of BCI used for treatment and enhancement have different service objects and use purposes, forming a division in value selection. “Therapeutic is better than enhancement” is the general value principle currently followed in the development of BCI. However, due to the ambiguity of the distinction between therapy and enhancement, the inevitability of increasing human needs, and the variability of “normal” standards, there is interweaving or complexity in the treatment and value selection of BCI, which needs to be treated carefully and dialectically in the process of moving towards the era of BCI.
